How have you improved project management processes at your current firm? 

Ans:

What is difference between capm vs pmp

Ans: 

The foremost difference is that PMP is a professional level certification and CAPM is an associate level certification. Therefore, the one who brings in some amount of experience or who have expertise in the field of PM pursue Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. CAPM is an entry level certification that is pursued by someone who is willing to acquire or strengthen project management skills. Also CAPM is quite easier and it has few restrictive prerequisites plus it is relatively cheaper than PMP. But when we talk about the popularity, PMP is more preferred in comparison to CAPM. One of the obvious reasons is that it has been around longer, PMP was launched in 1984 and CAPM was in 2003.

What have you learned from your failures?

What is project management?

Ans: 

A project manager is an operation that requires deep knowledge of skills and tools and should be familiar with the technology he has and then develop the project with such a scope.

 Project management functions:

-To carry out the project successfully and a clearly defined goals & objectives.

-There are several tools available for successful project management as PERT, CPM, MS_PROJECT 

-The WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) is very useful in the context of PMP (Project Management).

-Characteristics are complex, unique, involve high risk, constrained by time & cost.

-it is very resource-intensive.

-The successful project depends on the manager’s efficiency, effectivity & performance, i.e., planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling & coordinating.

What criteria are you using to find your next job?

Ans: 

This will show them which this will be more green credentials, career and working for big brands etc. if they actively tell you whether they say you and could not resists or not Customer or Development Team. 

Which one is important for a project manager? How can you balance between two?

Ans:

First, accept the customer because he is always right. Then, ask your team members, and you should be able to handle each team member and individually that they. Then find the areas where you find most of the difficulties and focus on them, and do work on it.

Tell me about special projects or training you have had that would be relevant to this job?

Ans:  If you can know have similar industry domain, and certifications will be plus to you

What do you spend the most time doing each day?

Ans: 

This you can learn how to do your job. Some who will be working for 24 hours a day in the office need to find the best office managers so that there is coordination towards the project? If there is any problem, you can handle it in the official PR process. Always be cool from your side.

What are some things that you would not like your job to include?

Ans: 

Make sure the project manager knows the things you don’t like, and it will affect the project performance.

How do you handle non-productive team members?

Ans: 

First, analyze the issue and get to a team meeting for a detailed view of the work and its description.

Ans: 

Project manager qualities eventually contribute to the holistic benefits gained by the company and yourself and the working process.

What was the most difficult ethical decision you’ve had to make on a project?

Ans:

If the person is aware of the PMI code, even if he doesn’t know the details of it general formate to work on it, you can be open freely to get it done by the process you can make him learn about it. Instead of judging, he is quite effective in the business culture and with the process.

In what situations is it best to abandon loyalty to your manager?

Ans: 

There should not be any situations that your manager should be angry and go against the law and moral values.

How do you work with sponsors? How do you manage up?

Ans:

 Work well with people more senior than you, and the good project manager does this all the time, so it’s good to find out how they make those relationships in the workplace.

What are your career goals? How do you see this job affecting your goals?

Ans:
